Shipping policy

We currently offer worldwide shipping.

Processing and Delivery Times:
- Processing Time: 1-2 days (Monday-Saturday)
- Delivery Time: 6-12 days (Monday-Saturday) for most countries. For remote islands, delivery may extend to approximately 15 business days.

Shipping Cost:
Shipping is currently free for all orders.

Order Changes:
Once your order is confirmed, modifications or cancellations are not possible. If you wish to return a product, initiate the returns procedure upon receiving the item.

Item Not Received:
If your order is marked as delivered but hasn't reached you, contact the carrier for assistance. Once in the carrier's possession, we no longer control the item. If issues persist, contact us at contact@dainelylab.com for prompt resolution.In cases where tracking information is unavailable due to technical issues, preventing updates on the app, and you're unable to locate your item, contact us at contact@dainelylab.com, and we'll assist in resolving the issue.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:
Upon shipping, you'll receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number(s). The tracking number becomes active within 24 hours.
