Return Policy
We operate under a 90-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 90 days of receiving your item.The returned product should be used to assess its suitability for your specific condition, with no visible damage such as scratches or marks. If the item is in perfect condition, we will process the refund promptly.Please ensure that your returned package contains a paper with your order number and the email associated with the order.
Return Shipping
While we offer international free delivery, we do not cover the cost of return shipping labels. If you wish to return an order, you are responsible for producing and paying for the shipping label. We will provide the return address but will not cover any additional charges.It is crucial to ensure the successful delivery of the return. We recommend opting for tracking, as we do not take responsibility for lost packages. If the return is lost in transit, no refund will be issued.
Damages and Issues
Inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately for resolution.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Exchanges
For a quick exchange, return the item and make a separate purchase for the new item once the return is accepted.
Dispatched Orders
Orders are dispatched immediately. If additional information is required by the shipping company, and the customer refuses to provide it, they become responsible for shipping fees deducted from the refund.
Cancelled Orders
Cancellation before shipment is guaranteed a full refund. Once shipped, customers must return the product for a refund, excluding expedited shipping fees.
Failed Deliveries
Ensure the accuracy of your shipping address. Incorrect addresses may incur a replacement fee. Lost packages will be escalated to the shipping company for resolution.
Refunds
Upon receiving and inspecting the return, approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days on the original payment method.
Cancellation Policy
